CANSOFCOM

Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) is Canada’s special forces operations responsible for responding to terrorism threats inside of Canada, as well as protecting Canadian interests around the world.

CANSOFCOM consists of the following units:

JTF2 (Joint Task Force 2) Canada’s Counter Terrorism unit.

CSOR (Canadian Special Operations Regiment)

CJIRU (Canadian Joint Incident Response Unit) Work with CBRN threats.

427 SOAS (Special Operations Aviation Squadron) Helicopter squadron that trains with all the above units for operations.
