Defense technical cooperation (DTC) can be defined as the transfer of defense equipment, weapons, or technology and associated information and support from one country to another.

Ukraine faces significant barriers to defense technical cooperation with Western partners. Improving DTC would help Ukraine procure weapons and equipment needed for the current conflict and to develop its defense industry.

CDC Study Ordered by Obama Contradicts White House Anti-gun Narrative
